Finally, I managed to put on this rally and I have to say I think it was a resounding success  Almost everyone on the rally decorated their vans with lights, and the effect was fantastic.You only had to turn onto the field to see the effect.

Duncan even decided to use a projector, and we were treated to Looney Tunes playing on the side of his van.

The kids even went so far as to put their chairs in a row, and pretend they were at the pictures! All the ralliers went round and decided who was to be the winner of The Lights of the Year. It was a close a run  contest, the winners were Roger and Audrey Elmore, and the runners up with only one point less were Graham and Viv Rowley.

On Saturday evening we had cake and mulled wine, their was also a celebration in Geoff's awning for his 70th birthday.

The rally went so well that I immediately booked the venue for next year so hopefully it will get bigger and bigger.
