67th Welsh National 2019

The West Wales Centre, looks forward to your company at the 2019 Welsh National, which will be held at Brecon Showground, Brecon, LD3 7PL.
The venue is set in beautiful countryside with excellent access from the M4 & A470 and situated on the B4601 into Brecon town centre.
- Pre National, 16th – 22nd August at Brecon R.F.C. – £7.50 p/n & £2.50 rally fee (Book Online).
- Follow on Rally, 27th Aug – 1st Sept, Bank Farm, Horton – £10 p/n & £4 rally fee (Book Online).
The West Wales Centre has prepared an exciting programme of events, so please support us and make the most of an excellent venue and most importantly enjoy yourselves.

Enjoy an extended break with the Northants & Rutland centre at The Lawns for the bank holiday, this great site is just beautiful, with two lakes (fishing available) and bowling green flat pitches, also with onsite pop up coffee shop in the afternoons, also available will be a Sunday evening tribute band 'The Abba Babes' with meal onsite. Locally visit Springfields Outlet for some retail therapy, or the historic Moulton Windmill. Close enough for a day at the seaside too, with Skegness and Huntstanton close by. Program on arrival. Electric may be limited depending on numbers, and which field we are situated in.

Enjoy a relaxing weekend on this lovely site, situated behind The Cross Keys Pub. Great food and ales in the pub with a pub skittles table, pool and darts available. Remember to book a table for food. Saturday social in the pub with a skittles tournament, and an organised walk with the marshals Saturday afternoon.Remember your blocks as some areas of field do slope, depends on where we get pitched.
Yarwell Mill is a secluded 27 acre Camping and Caravan Park, in the middle of the park is a 5 acre lake stocked and available for fishing. The River Nene runs round the perimeter of the site, and there is always plenty of space for families to fly a kite or kick a football about.
The Mill is situated half a mile from the centre of the postcard picture village which is steeped in history with its cottages of creamy limestone. You could visit the 800 year old Church of St Mary Magdalene or pop into the The Angel Inn, a traditional 17th century pub which has a lively mix of entertainment nights and excellent food and beers, or further afield take in the beautiful Elton Hall and Gardens.
Northants & Rutland Rally Forum on Saturday afternoon in the barn, and evening social with quiz.
Enjoy the wonderful views across Pitsford reservoir from the rally field, or take a closer look at the nature and boats with a walk or cycle around the reservoirs edge, Brixworth Country park just a stones throw from the rally field with onsite cafe, bike hire, childrens play area and picnic areas a plenty.
Please remember you levelling blocks, as this is a sloping rally field.
A new site for the Northants & Rutland Centre, come along and enjoy a weekend at the Station, courtesy of the Rushden Historical Transport Society.
This weekend is our Annual General Meeting, to be held at 2:30pm on Saturday 5th October, followed by photographic competition. A short walk to Rushden high street, for shops or visit the new Rushden Lakes for a wide range of shops, cafes and lakeside walks.
Price includes use of bar facilities for the weekend, and hard standing pitch in the goods shed yard.
Also available are afternoon cream teas on the buffet cart, these are priced at £8.50 per person, numbers are required and small deposit needed to secure a place by 26th October to allow us to arrange this with the ladies providing this service.
Come and join us for a great weekend at an old favourite, if the hall is available we will hold and evening social on Saturday.
A short drive into Banbury with a great variety of shops and places to eat, and Spiceball Park with childrens play areas and both a river and canal flowing through, following the canal tow path brings you up to the shopping centre with lots to do. Further afield try out Upton House and Gardens which is a National Trust property.
Come along for a spooky weekend, fancy dress competition, fun and games. Join us for a scary Saturday evening social with competitions for best decorated Halloween table.
During the day there are things to see too, why not visit The Battle of Naseby Obelisk and War memorial or Coton Manor Gardens, to keep the kiddies entertained you could take a trip to Mini Meadows Farm.
Enjoy a relaxing weekend rally on the lovely Ferry Meadows Club Site, plenty of walks and cycle paths round the country park on your doorstep, or take in some early Christmas shopping in Peterborough, try a trip on the Nene Valley railway or place a few bets at the local greyhound racing track.
Join John and Linda for a meal at the local Granary restaurant, food will need to be pre-ordered, so please check their menu online and provide orders as soon as possible.
